The concept, current status of digital transformation, and domestic and foreign policies that promote digital transformation are analyzed. It is essential to clarify digital transformation and digital transformation services, and to provide various digital transformation services for digital transformation. In order to achieve digital transformation, the competitiveness of companies providing digital transformation services is important. It is judged that innovation by digital trans-formation is possible due to the competitiveness of digital transformation service companies. The definition and classification of digital transformation services were conducted by investigating and analyzing major companies in the premises that currently provide related services, considering the lack of academic research. Through the research, it was confirmed that the solution-based digital transformation service is the most important. Securing competitiveness of companies that provide solution-based digital transformation services is an essential consideration. To strengthen a company's competitiveness, it is necessary to focus on measures for manpower training and capacity building. In the short term, the study concluded that intensive support for education that nurtures human resources who converge digital transformation technology into social and corporate business processes can yield results in the short term.
