디지털 전환을 위한 지표 선정에 관한 연구 : 신용카드 금융 가치사슬을 중심으로
본 연구는 카드 금융의 디지털 전환을 위한 가치사슬 기반의 지표를 제안하고 이를 이용하여 실 제 디지털 전환을 위한 과제 도출을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 델파이 기법을 활용하여 카드 금융 가치사슬의 주요 항목을 선정하였고 문헌 연구를 통해 각 항목에 해당하는 세부 지표를 선정하 였다. 해당 지표에 대한 타당도 검증을 위해 카드 금융 종사자 300명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하 였고 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 통하여 디지털 전환을 위한 주요 지표 46개를 선 정하였으며 이를 기반으로 실제 과제 선정을 시도하여 이를 검증하였다. 최근 많은 산업에서 디지털 전환이 요구되는 상황에서 본 연구는 실제 전환에 필요한 지표를 선정하여 해당 내용을 가지고 과제 선정을 구체적으로 진행했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다고 하겠다.
A Study on Indicator Selection for Digital Transformation : Focusing on the Credit Card Financial Value Chain
This study proposes a value chain-based framework of indicators for the digital transformation of card finance and derives practical tasks using these indicators. Key elements of the card finance value chain were selected through a Delphi survey, and specific indicators corresponding to each element were identified through a literature review. To validate the relevance of these indicators, a survey was conducted on 300 card finance professionals, followed by confirmatory factor analysis. Based on the results, 46 primary indicators for digital transformation were identified, and an attempt was made to validate these indicators through the selection of actual tasks. In the context of the increasing need for digital transformation across various industries, this study holds significance in selecting indicators necessary for actual digital transformation and proceeding with task selection in a concrete manner.
